  • Proxmox VE — 3-node HA cluster: 2× Ryzen 9 9955HX (16c/32t, 64 GB) + 1× Intel Ultra 9 285HX (24c, 96 GB), 2 TB NVMe each
  • Talos Linux — immutable Kubernetes node OS, running as Proxmox VMs

  • UniFi UNAS Pro 8 — 8×12 TB RAID6 (~72 TB); media + weekly archives

  • USW Pro XG 10 PoE — 10GbE access switch

  • //VLAN segmentation by trust level (10G storage on its own non-routed path)

  • Proxmox Backup Server — deduplicated, incremental backups with failure-isolated copies

  • Cloudflare Tunnel + Access — zero-inbound-port public exposure, admin surfaces gated
  • Nginx Proxy Manager — internal reverse proxy and TLS
